5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Late payments may result in paused or terminated services.

6. Project Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the scope, complexity, and responsiveness from the client. Delays caused by client inaction or change requests may affect final deadlines.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • AI and marketing subscriptions can be cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • One-time services (e.g., branding, campaigns) are non-refundable once initiated.
  • Refunds for incomplete projects, if applicable, will be reviewed case-by-case.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, strategies, and designs developed by The Core Marketer remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Client-provided materials remain their own.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of your data, processes, and internal communications. We expect clients to treat our tools, methods, and pricing structures the same.

10. Use of Celebrity & Talent

Celebrity or influencer usage is subject to availability, approval, and third-party terms. We act as facilitators and do not guarantee the performance of any third-party talent unless contractually stated.

11. Liability Limitation

While we strive for excellence, The Core Marketer is not liable for:

  • Losses from third-party platforms or algorithms (e.g., ad rejections, influencer conduct)
  • Service outages due to force majeure or technical issues
  • Delays arising from incomplete client inputs or approvals

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
